Lifeline is available for one telephone line per household at the pricipal place of residence.
Lifeline is a program that offers assistance to qualified residential telephone subscribers. The purpose is to make telephone service more accessible to customers who otherwise might not be able to afford service.
Qualified residential subscribers wil recieve a federal credit and an ITS credit on their monthly telephone bill.
Link-Up provides qualified subscribers a federal credit of 50% to a maximum of $30.00 for assistance with non-recurring service charges. Proof of eligibility is required. To see if you qualify, click on LifeLine to fill out the form.
